Judge Haviland re-elected

With 100% of the precincts reporting the Clark County election site shows Goodsprings Justice of the Peace Dawn Haviland has been re-elected by a vote of 536 to challenger's Socrates Kostas, 118.

Kostas, a Las Vegas Realtor, outspent Haviland by a wide margin. The most campaigns last reported expenditures in the last week of October. The Kostas campaign was further questioned when an email bearing the name of one of the campaign's paid consultants appeared as did ads suggesting the court's power would extend into California if Kostas were elected.

In other races with 62% of precincts reporting it appears that former school board member Susan Brager has won Clark County Commission District F by wide margin. Brager takes the seat currently held by Lynette Boggs-McDonald.
