Plans for Sandy Valley, NV

Does anyone know of sound plans for the community to grow and develop? Grocery? Gas Station, New road plans to Las Vegas? Schools? etc. I have heard rumors of an airport and possibly Disneyland or the like, nearby? Plans and dates or any of the above?
I appreciate any info. you could post!
