Water application

APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO. 73584 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 19th day of December 2005 Ron Coday of Sandy Valley, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.0031 c.f.s. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NW 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 31, T24S R57E MDM, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 31 bears S 38 degrees 26' W, a distance of 1776.0 feet (vicinity of Pearl Avenue and Artesia Street Sand Valley).
